On Monday, 9th September 2024, GHASBO Executives and Representatives from the Gaming Commission, including Deputy Games Commissioner Kobby Annan, Dr. Kobby Boateng, Kwadwo Amaning, and Eric Azumah, paid a courtesy call on the Ga Mantse, a chief with oversight over the Accra boundary. The purpose of this visit was to seek the chief’s support in promoting the Gaming Awareness Month across Greater Accra.
During the meeting, the Ga Mantse assured the team of his commitment to supporting the awareness campaign and promoting responsible gaming within his jurisdiction. His promise to assist in this initiative highlights the importance of involving traditional leaders in addressing gaming-related challenges and spreading awareness at the grassroots level
